There are moments that make history. Moments that condense and define our effort, rigor, seriousness, constancy, perseverance with an open-mindedness while addressing our professional cases.
I have always said the same thing: one cannot be a good professional if one is not a good person first. I reaffirm myself continuously.
The luck I have had in this life is that I have been able to surround myself with immense and good people. I have also come across not so good ones, but time ends up putting everyone in their place and constantly reminds you of the unwritten universal Law.

The picture, taken coming out of a contentious trial for violation of Fundamental Rights due to noise affectation, which as a lawyer and engineer we were addressing. Just at that moment we were informed: on the one hand, the decision of the High Court of Justice of the Balearic Islands declaring that the sentence that condemned the City Council of Ciutadella for inactivity, leaving the neighbours unprotected due to the noise suffered for decades from the nightlife activities of the Pla de Sant Joan, a sentence that has not been correctly executed. Once the inefficient municipal actions have been confirmed, it is urged that must act to guarantee regulatory compliance, necessary for a harmonious coexistence, compatibility and cohabitation of uses.
On the other hand, at the same time, we were informed of the final judgment of the Contentious Court No. 2 of Palma that condemned the City Council of Palma for inactivity regarding the noise affliction that some nightlife establishments produce towards the residents of the Paseo Marítimo, violating their Fundamental Rights.
A successful doublet that will surely establish doctrine and ensure constructive operations. Step by step we are contributing to our society being able to coexist based on sustainability and respect.
